I have also attached an image of what the desired tractography should look like. We cannot figure the reason why this is occurring and would like some advice, thank you in advance! Our software appears up-to-date (D.T.K Version 0.6.4.1 & T.V. Unfortunately, we have tried multiple ways of troubleshooting from changing the bval, angle threshold, adjusting output directory, etc but none of these solutions give consistent end results. (images from different patients but both have missing tracts) In addition, TrackVis occasionally loads the DICOM image with tracts already attached (see image below) which has not happened in the past. The main issue we are seeing is that ascending tracts are missing from various places in the tractography. Recently we've ran into inconsistency when doing tractography with our patients. Our lab analyzes DTI images (DICOM) / brain scans of human subjects and we use TrackVis and Diffusion Toolkit to visualize and screenshot the white matter fiber tracts in three different sections of the brain with main focus on the corpus callosum.
